This course provides valuable information about leading a team. It covers topics ranging from developing leadership and effective communication skills to dealing with team conflict, making decisions, and recognizing performance. Topics include Developing Team-Leadership Skills, Developing Communication Skills, Developing Conflict-Management Skills, Decision-Making and Empowerment, and Recognizing and Rewarding Team Performance.
