Java Web Services - Online Course

The Java Web Services series teaches how to create interactive Web-based services using Java. It also describes the creation of dynamic and interactive Web-based services.

This series is for anyone who would like to create Web services using Java. This online course contains 15 lessons and should take approximately 15 hours to complete.

Lesson 1: The Web Services Architecture (1.0) hour

Lesson 4: The Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) (1.0) hour

The Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) teaches you how to identify the usage of SOAP in Web services, encode and decode information using SOAP in Web services, and work with SOAP attachments in Web services. This course provides a background in the Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP). It also describes how SOAP is used to transport information in Web services.
