Lesson 1: Getting Started (2.0) hours
Getting Started teaches you how to start the GroupWise program, identify parts of the GroupWise interface, explain the functionality of GroupWise default folders, use the Toolbar, keystroke shortcuts, QuickMenus, and QuickViewer, and explain features and functions that are new to GroupWise 6.5. Messages and the Address Book teaches you how to send an email message, read and reply to email messages, attach a file to a message, address a message using the GroupWise Address Book, create and manage personal groups, and share address books. This course provides information on sending messages, receiving messages, and using the Address Book in GroupWise 6.5. Lesson 3: Managing Messages (4.0) hours
Managing Messages teaches you how to organize messages with the Cabinet, manage messages with folders, filter messages, archive, save, and print messages, use the Checklist and categories, and manage outgoing messages. This course explains how to organize, manage, and locate the many different types of messages you can send and receive with GroupWise. Topics include Organizing Messages, Using Folders, Working with Messages in Folders, Finding Messages, Filtering Messages, Archiving Messages, Saving and Printing Messages, Using the Checklist and Categories, Managing Outgoing Messages, and Dealing with the Trash.
Lesson 4: Calendars and Tasks (4.0) hours

This course shows learners how to use GroupWise 6.5 to replace an old-fashioned calendar or daily planner. It explains how to manage personal calendar items, such as appointments and tasks, and how to use the GroupWise 6.5 workgroup and collaboration features, including group calendaring and task management. Lesson 5: Advanced GroupWise Features (3.0) hours
Advanced GroupWise Features teaches you how to develop rules to apply to GroupWise messages, define proxy rights, import data and settings from other programs to GroupWise, and manage GroupWise Mailboxes. This course provides an overview of the advanced features included in GroupWise 6.5. After taking this course, the learner will be able to better manage messages through GroupWise rules. The learner will also become familiar with proxy rights, data importing, and mailbox management techniques. Remote Access and Customizing GroupWise teaches you how to configure GroupWise Remote Mode, work in Remote Mode, use the Hit the Road feature, set environment options, and customize the GroupWise interface. After taking this course, the learner will be able to configure GroupWise Remote Mode to transfer information between a laptop computer and a network, as well as customize the GroupWise environment. Mobile GroupWise Access teaches you how to launch GroupWise WebAccess, attach a file to an email message, manage your Address Book, configure Mailbox options, and manage your GroupWise Mailbox from your PDA. After taking this course, the learner will be familiar with the steps to take in order to access a GroupWise account through WebAccess from a Web browser. The course also explains how to manage a GroupWise Mailbox through a handheld device.
