FrontPage 2000 - Online Course

This series provides an overview of using Microsoft FrontPage 2000 to create Web sites and pages. It discusses navigation, page and site creation, and publishing to the Web. It also examines working with images, formatting text, using tables and lists, and creating hypertext links to other pages and sites. Lesson 1: Creating Web Sites (3.0) hours

Creating Web Sites teaches you how to get around in FrontPage, create a new web site in FrontPage, create a new web page in FrontPage, and publish pages to the web. This course provides an introduction to Microsoft's FrontPage 2000, and shows how to use it to create web sites and pages. Lesson 2: Building Pages (3.0) hours

Building Pages teaches you how to create and format text on a web page, build a table, create bulleted or numbered lists, and create hypertext links to other places on the site or the Internet. This course shows users how to create and format the text of a web page, including lists, and hypertext links. Topics include Working with Text, Formatting Text, Formatting Paragraphs and Lists, Creating Links, and Building Links to Objects.

Lesson 3: Working with Images (3.0) hours

Working with Images teaches you how to add images to web pages, place images as wished within a web page, create imagemaps, and add backgrounds, colors, and horizontal lines to web pages. This course shows users how to use graphics or images on web pages, including imagemaps. Topics include Adding Images to Web Pages, Image Alignment and Links, Choosing Background, Colors and Borders, and Using Lines and Graphical Bullets.

Lesson 4: Adding Spark to Your Site (2.0) hours

Adding Spark to Your Site teaches you how to build tables, create hover buttons, hit counters, and text marquees on a web page, and build forms. This course shows users how to add features to their web site like tables, forms, and active elements. Topics include Working with Tables, Hover Buttons, Hit Counters, and Marquees, Creating Forms, and Customizing Forms.
