Excel 2002This series is intended as preparation for the Excel 2002 Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Core Proficiency exam. This series is for anyone preparing for the MOS Excel 2002 Core certification exam. This online course contains 7 lessons and should take approximately 22 hours to complete.

Lesson 1: Working with Cells (4.0) hours

Working with Cells teaches you how to enter cell data including text, numbers, and formulas, edit cell data, insert, delete, and move cells, find and replace cell data and formats, and create hyperlinks. This course shows users how to enter and edit data in Excel 2002 worksheet cells and create hyperlinks. Lesson 2: Working with Files (3.0) hours

Working with Files teaches you how to manage workbook files and folders, create workbooks using templates, save workbooks using different names and file formats, convert worksheets to Web pages, and view and edit comments. This course shows users how to locate, open, and save files in Excel 2002. Topics include Opening Files, Saving Files, Files and the Internet, Working with Comments, and Using the Office Assistant.

Lesson 3: Formatting Worksheets (4.0) hours

Formatting Worksheets teaches you how to apply and modify cell formats, modify row and column settings, use automated tools to format worksheets, and apply styles. This course shows users how to format and adjust cells, adjust rows and columns, and apply formatting and styles in an Excel 2002 worksheet. Topics include Formatting Cells, Adjusting Cells, Formatting Numbers, Adjusting Rows and Columns, and Using AutoFormatting and Styles.

Worksheets and Workbooks teaches you how to modify row and column formats, modify worksheet names and positions, insert and delete worksheets, use 3-D references, check spelling, and work with a subset of data by filtering lists. This course shows users how to work with worksheet rows and columns, move between worksheets in a workbook, consolidate data, change the zoom setting, and check spelling in Excel 2002 worksheets.
