This course describes how to access the main features of Lotus Notes 85 and teaches you how to describe the features of the Getting Started page and Home Page, access applications from the Home Page, Open list, and File menu, navigate among applications and documents through tabbed windows, access and set preferences, use Quick Notes and sidebar features, search for data and Help in Lotus Notes, and filter the content of lists and windows.

This course describes the navigation of the IBM Lotus Notes 85 Mail application and its enhancements It also reviews using the features of the Mail application and teaches you how to describe the features of the Mail application, view e-mail messages, flag messages for follow up, use Inbox tools, create, reply to, and forward messages, use the action bar, undo typing, formatting, and editing actions, recall a sent e-mail, and use Sametime instant messaging.
