This course provides information on how to manage your e-mail, reduce e-mail volume, and recognize the sources of common low-value messages and teaches you how to identify the problems created by a high volume of e-mail, describe solutions for effectively controlling your inbox, and identify the types of low-value messages, such as spam, that routinely clog inboxes.

Writing Effective E-Mails

This course provides information on how to use e-mails to communicate appropriately and effectively in a professional environment and teaches you how to identify the four communication channels and when to use each one most appropriately, describe common misuses of e-mail in a corporate environment, and craft concise, effective e-mail messages.

The Legal Face of E-Mail

Ths course provides information on how to manage legal and security issues related to e-mail and teaches you how to explain how e-mails can be intercepted on their route through the corporate computer system, describe the federal rules of that determine e-mail discovery and introduction as evidence, and describe the preventative measures you can take to protect e-mails.

Becoming an Organizational Leader

This course provides information on how to take a leadership role in your department or company in developing more productive e-mail practices and teaches you how to list and explain the five steps in the process of improving e-mail productivity in a work group, and explain how to work with managers to implement improvements to e-mail productivity.
