This course will teach users how to install Exchange 2000 and integrate it with their present systems and teaches you how to explain how Exchange 2000 integrates with Windows 2000 and Active Directory, prepare a Windows 2000 server for Exchange 2000 installation, install Exchange 2000, move users from existing Exchange 5.5 servers to Exchange 2000 servers, and install and configure Active Directory Connector.
Creating and Managing Recipient Objects
This course will teach users how to create and manage recipient objects in Exchange 2000 and teaches you how to create and manage the four types of recipient objects available in Exchange 2000, enable Instant Messaging, configure information stores and storage groups, create and manage address lists, and configure the Recipient Update Service.
Creating and Managing Groups and Connectors
This course will teach users how to configure the administrative groups and routing groups that organize servers for fast, reliable message transfer and teaches you how to create and configure administrative groups and routing groups, define system policies, choose between Mixed and Native modes of operation, and add connectors to routing groups.
Deploying Instant Messaging
This course will teach users how to install Exchange 2000 and integrate it with their present systems and teaches you how to configure and manage a virtual server for Instant Messaging, configure IM settings for a firewall or proxy and authentication, enable IM for users, manage users, and configure authentication.

Backing up Data
This course will teach users how to backup and restore Exchange 2000 using the updated backup utility that comes with Exchange 2000 and teaches you how to apply a backup and restore plan, configure a server for disaster recovery, restore user data and system state data, restore information stores, recover deleted items, and recover deleted mailboxes.
